Course Facilitators

Jeremiah McClary (Lead Facilitator) : With over 18 years of experience in the role of Training and Organizational development leader, Mr. McClary have overseen the development of brand new training operations and have used my skills to improve on existing departments. His work experience includes several Fortune 50 organizations. His background includes and deep understanding of the Lean manufacturing and process and the methodologies of a PMO division. With such a diverse background, my understanding of people development is deep and varied. He have been recognized for building strong trust and partnerships with leadership across all business verticals of major organizations.

He have had the lead in planning and deploying several enterprise wide initiatives to include: SAP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and the Lean Manufacturing Process. He is also experienced in Designing and developing web-based ILT training to improve individual performance. My certifications include:

· Six Sigma Green Belt – Project Lead, SAP Certified Instructor (HR ERP Systems) /

· Development Dimensions International (DDI) Certified / Achieve Global

Kandice Monique Stewart (Facilitator): Ms. Stewart is a training and development specialist whose goal is developing maximum potential from personnel. Ms. Stewart is a facilitator for TDMWebacademy. Ms. Stewart has a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from Clark Atlanta University. After completing her B.A., she then obtained a Master’s of Science in Conflict Management from Kennesaw State University. Currently, Ms. Stewart is pursuing her Doctorate of Psychology (PSY.D) from the University of the Rockies.

Ms. Stewart has worked as a trainer/facilitator for organizations such as Street Smart Youth Project, Epic Learning Systems, New Day Equity Group and Georgia Community Support Services. Also, she volunteers as a facilitator for organizations such as America Speaks, F.L.A.V.A. and also Hand-N-Hand Counseling Services.

Robin Watkins (Facilitator): Ms. Watkins holds an executive jurist doctorate from Kaplan University Concord School of Law, a master of Public Administration from the University of West Georgia and a bachelor of science in Broadcasting from the University of Florida. She has over ten years experience in education administration within higher education and the primary charter school industry. She also has over ten years experience working in private industry and the non-profit sectors primarily in human resources administration, organizational planning and development, records management, claims administration and retail sales.

Ms. Watkins is currently an adjunct instructor facilitating graduate and undergraduate courses in business, office administration, management, human resources and communications. Periodically, she consults on various instructional design, human resources, training, business and marketing related projects for small businesses, and the online education community.

She is also a continuous learner and enjoys engaging in various online educational pursuits. She is currently pursuing another management related degree. Education and learning is a life-long passion for Robin. Her research interest is in the use of distance education to retrain the graying American workforce.

LisaRenee ’ Keita (Facilitator): LisaRenee ’ Keita has over fifteen years of experience as a advertising/marketing and sales rep, in addition to experience as a management consultant, educator and facilitator. She provides consulting services in the areas of: small business development and training, strategic analysis, marketing, organizational performance improvement and organizational transformation.

LisaRenee has facilitated workshops, webinars and classes that focus on small business development, business performance improvement strategies, business plan writing, non-profit development and market analysis - all of which are linked to her business’s customers growth and competitive advantage. LisaRenee has also worked in almost every aspect of advertising, creating strategic ad campaigns as well as ad designs. She has worked with various newspaper companies, yellow page directories, direct mail and digital media companies in and around the Seattle. WA, Indiana and Kentucky market.

Ann-Marie Laricia (Reader) : Short in stature but tall on talent, Ann-Marie has it all! Ann-Marie is a master of vocal disguise: she can be a wacky cartoon character, spirited promoter, sophisticated narrator, or quirky girl-next-door. Jennifer Keister (Reader) : Jennifer Keister is an actress and voice over artist with over 12 years of experience in the industry. She’s lived and worked in Los Angeles, New York, the Washington DC/Baltimore market, and has now relocated to Southwest Florida. She has a background in theatre, and has appeared in Commercials, Television, Film, Corporate Narration and Print. Lateise Spivey (Video / Graphics Developer): Lateise Spivey’s employment options have led him through many paths. Over the past 15 years, he has had an opportunity to develop skills in developing, planning, coordinating and implementing social programs targeting youth and disadvantaged individuals. He has experience in: preparing reports, newsletters and business communication; communication both verbal and in writing - handling written and oral correspondence in a professional manner; developing and conducting business workshops and youth writing workshops. He is proficient in MS Office Products (Word, Publisher, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and FrontPage), Corel Draw, Illustrator, Photo Shop, Flash, and Adobe Premier.

His personal interest and hobbies are music and writing poetry. His dream is an illustration of “Life Notes” as a published book of poems that can be shared with others through the development of the spoken word concept. I’m hoping to make a richer arts environment which is responsive to the needs and interests of my community and society. His life’s goal is to continue to share my work to empower and inspire individuals in my community by: providing a clearer understanding and appreciation of various types of poetry and how they relate to each other, more importantly, how the spoken word concept inspires from a African American Perspective and to inspire the youth to use the pen and paper as an alternative to negativity.
