Policy and Procedures: Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full cost for a webinar is refunded if cancellations are made more than 10 days before the webinar begins. A $25 fee is charged for cancellations made between five and 10 days before the webinar begins. Refunds are not given for cancellations made less than five days before the program begins or for nonattendance or withdrawal after the webinar begins. Substitute participants are welcome. We reserve the right to cancel webinars, substitute speakers and modify content. Fees will be refunded when we cancels a webinar.
