Policies and Procedures : Terms and Conditions

Registration for TDMWebAcademy workshops, subsidiary companies, or business partners is subject to the registrant’s (the person who registers for the workshop) acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

The word "workshop" refers to: webinars, seminars, labs, conferences, online and blended courses, and consulting related training. A person accepting these terms and conditions on behalf of another person or persons warrants and assures TDMWebAcademy that he or she has the authority of that other person or persons to do so.

Workshop fees are required to be paid in full before the start of the workshop.

If you wish to cancel your registration, our policy is as follows:

1. Costs: Full cost for a workshop is refunded if cancellations are made more than 10 days before the workshop begins.
2. Refunds: Refunds are not given for cancellations made less than 10 days before the workshop begins or for nonattendance or withdrawal after the workshop begins. Substitute participants are welcome.
3. Cancellation Fees: A $25 fee is charged for cancellations made 10 days before the workshop begins. We reserve the right to cancel workshops, substitute speakers, and modify content. Fees will be refunded in full when a workshop is cancelled by TDMWebAcademy.
4. Transfers. A registrant is allowed to transfer his or her registration to the same workshop at a later date, or another workshop at a later date, provided that an electronic written notice is sent to us (info@tdmwebacademy.com) 10 or more business days before the original workshop start date. If less than 10 business days of the sent written notice, then we will charge you an additional administration fee of twenty percent of the original workshop full fee. Both the original invoice and the administration fee must be paid now rather than later. You can transfer only once. Once transferred, the workshop fee is non-refundable. You cannot transfer once a workshop has started.
5. Substitutions. Registrant substitutions are accepted at any time prior to the workshop start date without charge. Substitutions during the workshop are only permitted with the written permission - additional charges and conditions may apply (call for details).
6. Late registrations. If a registration is received by TDMWebAcademy less than 5 business days before the start date of the workshop we will use best efforts to confirm joining instructions to the participant but no guarantee is made in that regard.
7. We reserve the right to cancel a workshop where participant numbers are so small that the workshop could not be properly taught. In such cases, a full refund shall be provided to all paid participants.
8. TDMWebacademy is not responsible for non-delivery, modification, or curtailment of workshops because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Whilst provided in good faith, TDMWebAcademy accepts no liability for any loss arising from any advice given, however caused.
10. Recording of workshop sessions is not permitted.
11. Privacy Policy. We will hold these registration details securely in our administration system. Our policy is to not release or sell these details to third parties other than: to our Training Partners in the case of workshops running in conjunction with partners; to the owner copyright training material we use; or to whom the registrant authorizes us to provide your details.
12. Each registrant will receive unique access details to join a workshop. Each registrant’s access is for a single individual participant only and is not to be shared with others.
