Business Analysis: We can come in and analysis your business systems. This process will show the strengths and weaknesses within your businesses.

Business Operation Consulting: We can assist with strategic planning, cash flow planning, cost control, budgeting, product costing, management issues, human resource issues and quality control.

Foundation/Corporate Giving Proposals: We will complete a comprehensive search of our database of foundation /corporate giving sources for a single project concept; draft a foundation letter proposal; and prepare applications to the five best sources identified in the search.

Grant Source Research: Customized grant source research is available for any project concept. This may include keyword searches of our databases of all federal grant programs and foundation/corporate giving sources.

Nonprofit Incorporations: We will complete all paperwork necessary to establish a new nonprofit corporation in your state. This includes articles of incorporation, by-laws, an application for state tax exemption (if applicable), and an application to the IRS for a 501(c)3 letter of determination.
